    Minimums

  • All products are sold in minimum case packs of 6 of the same SKU
  • First order minimum is a case (6) each of 3 products (3 SKUs)

  Shipping

  • Vermont orders - free shipping
  • First order outside of Vermont: free shipping
  • Subsequent orders outside of VT: actual shipping plus a small handling charge 
  • We ship via USPS

  Delivery window - we will ship either:

  • Within 3-5 business days from the time of your order if you have terms, or
  • 3-5 business days from payment if you do not have terms
  • We ship Monday through Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped on Monday (Tuesday when it’s a holiday)

Testers

  • Opening Order (first order!): You'll AUTOMATICALLY receive ONE FREE UNIT PER CASE ORDERED with 'tester' stickers
  • Reorders: One product tester per two cases, to be invoiced at 25% off of the wholesale price with 'tester' stickers (i.e., one tester per 12 products)

  MSRP We suggest that Luce Farm Wellness Products be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to wholesale@lucefarmwellness.com and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.   In-Store Events We love to participate in events and demos that introduce your customers to our products, enable them to try them, and generate sales. A Luce Farm person will be available to speak directly to customers.    Amazon

  • You may list/sell Luce Farm products on Amazon FBM - Fulfillment by Merchant 
  • You may not list or sell Luce Farm products on Amazon FBA - Fulfillment by Amazon

  Returns

  • We accept returns only in case of damages and defects 
  • Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us at wholesale@lucefarmwellness.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments, quoting invoice number and problem 
  • Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise
  • We will provide delivery instructions for transport, and Luce Farm will pay for return shipping

  Payment Terms 

  • First orders must be paid upon receipt. You will receive an invoice by email after placing your order. It will have a link to pay by credit card, or you can mail a check.
  • Write to wholesale@lucefarmwellness.com to request terms
  • Terms are 2% Net 10: 
    • When we receive your check payment within 10 days of invoice date you can take 2% off the total
    • Or, pay in full by check or credit card within 30 days
  • Returned checks: $50 fee
  • Invoices over 30 days past due will be charged 1% interest per month

  Backorders

  • We will contact you to ask whether you would like out-of-stock products to be back-ordered or canceled
  • If back-ordered goods are in stock at the time of your next order they will be added to your order without duplication 
  • Outstanding back-orders will be shown on each invoice 
  • If you wish to cancel any backorder, please let us know 
  • Free shipping for back orders
