With sales projected to double this year and next, we’re building on our strengths in agricultural stewardship, plant genetics, and production; and product creativity, innovation, and effectiveness. Many of our employees and trusted consultants have deep roots in well-regarded and pioneering, values-led, socially-responsible businesses to help guide and support our growth and development.  Although our team is split between the farm in Stockbridge, our production facility and offices in Bethel, as well as remote offices, we value being together on a regular basis to ensure a cohesive and thoughtful workplace culture.  Luce Farm Wellness currently operates out of a lovingly restored building in the town of Bethel, Vermont, with a summer office on the farm.

Current Openings

Seeking the right person with both top-notch technical digital marketing skills and strategic vision. Luce Farm produces some of the finest hemp products on the planet, and this new role will help double sales in 2019.

Apply your talents and experience to sharing the story of our full-spectrum CBD products. Work closely with the marketing team to build out our e-commerce to consumers channel, followed by sales to retailers and distributors—focusing 80% of your effort on e-commerce and 20% on other channels.

You will:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow sales and margin of our CBD and botanical wellness products
  • Engage and grow our customer base, drive site traffic, grow order volume and frequency, and drive revenue in all channels
  • Oversee, mentor, and support the professional development of direct reports, including a to-be-hired Sales Manager dedicated to the retail channel, marketing and creative teams, and several contracted resources
  • As a member of the Senior Management Team, contribute to building a company culture founded on caring for the Earth, people, collaboration, and integrity

Your approach will be:  Collaborative and self-directed, balancing strategic and hands-on work with both internal and external resources. You’ll be able to execute responsibilities with a high degree of efficiency; continue to build infrastructure/systems; and make positive contributions to our workplace culture.

Office is in Bethel, VT. Work onsite full-time or telecommute up to 2 days/week.

Luce Farm produces some of the finest full-spectrum hemp products on the planet. Invest your experience and insights selling to independent and chain retailers to help double sales in 2019 and beyond. Your focus will be retailers and distributors throughout the Northeast.

We’re seeking a sales professional with proven success placing existing, adjacent and new brands in a variety of retail channels and subchannels (food, health and beauty; yoga and other healing practices; outdoor stores, etc.), including independents and small, high-end chains.  Experience selling wellness and lifestyle products and helping grow an entrepreneurial and values-based business strongly preferred.

Your mission…

  • Be a member of the team that delivers results that match or exceed the revenue numbers in the 3-year plan
  • Grow our retail and distributor customer base, order volume, and frequency to drive revenue and margin
  • Participate in and contribute to the values-led culture of this forward-thinking business, founded on caring for the earth, people, collaboration, and integrity

Our team has deep roots in socially-responsible businesses. We’re interested in team members who are collaborative and self-directed, contribute to a positive workplace culture, and are interested in holistic health, herbal alternatives and environmental sustainability.

The Northeast Sales Representative will need to live within a couple of hours of Bethel, Vermont, where our offices and production are located, and plan to be on-site for meetings several times a month.
