CBD (cannabidiol) is one of the dominant cannabinoids found in the hemp plant which has been used for wellness for thousands of years. Our CBD is derived from Certified Organic, Vermont grown hemp. It is one of many cannabinoids that has an effect on our body’s endocannabinoid system.
Our USDA Certified Organic hemp is grown from specific premium grade strains of Cannabis Sativa L. (aka Hemp) these strains have been bred to produce high amounts of specific cannabinoids (CBD, CBG, etc…), and specific terpenes (myrcene, beta-Caryophyllene, etc…)
Our cannabinoids are extracted from terpene and flavonoid rich hemp flowers, which produce the highest concentrations of compounds in the hemp plant.
Our hand process separates the flowers because we believe full-spectrum hemp extract should come from the flower not the entire plant.
Our organic hemp products contain no more than 0.3% (1/3 of 1%) of THC.
